HOW TO PLAY

- Timed rounds of 30 seconds

- Target the bird with the same color as the center circle

- The target color will alternate during gameplay to test your reflex, perception, focus and flexibility

- Choose hard mode to set the color switch to a random interval to provide a more exciting challenge


SUMMARY

Yin and yang is the theory of balance. Try to remain calm and keep your cool as you try to tap the ever changing colors. Normal mode (EZ mode) makes the switch at 15 seconds, while Hard mode escalates the challenge by making the switch at random intervals.

Feel yourself get younger as you simultaneously test your perception, reflex, and focus.
